Greenham Common Peace Camp was a wonderful example of non-violent feminist action that changed lives as well as laws. “The women of Greenham Common taught a whole generation how to protest”. (Beeban Kidron)
The filmmakers lived in the Women's Peace Camp for more than seven months. The aim of the camp was to prevent the deployment of nuclear cruise missiles at the US airbase in Berkshire.
